77 Active Certified Site Plan Projects Under DPS Inspection

The DPS Zoning and Code Compliance Division is currently overseeing inspections for 77 active Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) certified site plan (CSP) projects across Montgomery County. The team inspects compliance with private roads, streetscape, landscaping, lighting, and other site amenities, and coordinates Use and Occupancy approvals and residential final inspections. Past CSP projects include Clarksburg Premium Outlets, Marriott International headquarters in Bethesda, Park Potomac, and Pike & Rose in North Bethesda.
