Montgomery Planning staff are collecting feedback on preliminary draft recommendations for the Eastern Silver Spring Communities Plan, covering Long Branch, Clifton Park, Montgomery Knolls, and surrounding neighborhoods. A community open house is scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, 2026, from 5–8 PM at the Long Branch Community Center. Residents can also submit feedback via an online questionnaire; Planning Board review is expected in winter 2026, with the County Council taking up the plan in spring/summer 2027.
