MEA Offers Low-Interest Energy Efficiency Loans Through February 27

The Maryland Energy Administration's Jane E. Lawton Conservation Loan Program is accepting first-come, first-served applications through February 27, 2026. Eligible borrowers include Maryland nonprofits, schools, governments, and businesses seeking to finance energy efficiency and conservation projects. Loan interest rates range from 2% to 3%, with microloans up to $50,000 and traditional loans up to $500,000.
