Four County Grant Programs Launching in Late January 2026

Montgomery County is expected to launch four grant programs in January 2026: the FY26 Place-Based Management Grants Program supporting commercial corridor revitalization, the FY26 Emerging Business District Grant Program for forming Business Improvement Districts, the FY26 Local Food Aggregation Grant Program awarding $550,000 in year-one for a local food aggregation facility, and FY26 Underserved Communities Projects Grant Program renewals (Year 3 of 3). Specific launch dates have not been announced for any of the four programs.
