Two More County Grant Programs Coming in February 2026

Montgomery County's Office of Grants Management anticipates launching the FY26 Healthy, Efficient, Electrified, Climate-Adapted Pilot (HEECAP) Homes Grant Program and the FY26 Food as Medicine Grant Program in February 2026. The HEECAP program funds pre-weatherization repairs, electrification, and climate resilience improvements for income-eligible households, continuing a pilot begun in June 2024. The Food as Medicine program offers $750,000 for innovative programs connecting pediatric patients experiencing diet-related disease and food insecurity to nutritious food assistance and education.
