Active Aging Week Events Scheduled Oct. 5–11 in Montgomery County

Montgomery County will celebrate Active Aging Week from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, October 11, 2026, with a series of events for adults ages 55 and older. The signature event, "Go, Grow and Get Active," takes place on October 5 at the Nancy H. Dacek North Potomac Community Recreation Center and will feature more than 40 activities and workshops including yoga, tai chi, dancing, pickleball, and health screenings.
