Back to School Block Party Planned for September 18 in Germantown

Councilmember Balcombe will host her third annual Back to School Block Party on Friday, September 18, 2026 from 12:30–3 PM at the BlackRock Center for the Arts in Germantown. The free event for middle and high school students includes a resource fair, student performances, food, arts activities, and gaming. Students who attend and complete a survey will earn 2.5 SSL hours.
