Council Member Meets NCCF Director on Children's Mental Health Services

Councilmember Sayles met with Ralph Belk, Executive Director of the Montgomery County National Center for Children and Families, and his leadership team to discuss how NCCF assesses needs, connects individuals to services, and coordinates support for children and families. The meeting comes as behavioral and mental health needs have been identified as the top community concern in the county's health needs assessment survey. Sustainability of programs was also discussed.
