Montgomery County is hosting two free Independence Day fireworks celebrations marking the nation's and county's 250th anniversary. Live music begins at 7:30 p.m. at both venues — The TFC Band in Wheaton on July 3 and The Nighthawks in Germantown on July 4 — with fireworks at approximately 9:30 p.m. Free shuttle service from Westfield Wheaton will be available for the Wheaton celebration starting at 7 p.m.
