County Offices, Libraries Closed for Presidents' Day Feb. 16

Montgomery County government offices, MC311, state offices, courts, MVA locations, vehicle emissions inspection stations, and the Department of Permitting Services will all be closed on Presidents' Day, Monday, February 16, 2026. County libraries will be closed both Sunday, February 15 and Monday, February 16. Alcohol Beverage Services stores will operate on a reduced schedule of 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
