County's Black Coffee Podcast Wins National Hometown Media Award

Montgomery County's Black Coffee Podcast has received a national Hometown Media Award from the Foundation for the Alliance for Community Media, winning in the Audio Programming Access Center Professional category. The winning episode, "Minority Scholars," features a conversation with Michael Williams, co-founder of the Minority Scholars Program, and was produced by the County's Office of Public Information. The award was presented at the Alliance for Community Media's annual conference.
