DEP, Bethesda Green Host Condo BEPS Info Session May 13

The Department of Environmental Protection and Bethesda Green are hosting the first session of an educational series on energy performance requirements for condominium communities on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from 7–8:30 p.m. The hybrid session will cover benchmarking basics, Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS), compliance pathways, and county support resources for board members, property managers, and residents.
