DHCA Closes $30.9M Loan for Silver Spring Senior Housing

Seabury Resources for Aging received a $30,900,000 HIF-CIP loan from Montgomery County in FY26 for the redevelopment of Seabury at Springvale Terrace in Silver Spring. The project will include 186 affordable housing units for seniors. The loan was among the largest single investments in the County's FY26 affordable housing portfolio.
