DHHS Black Diaspora Health Survey Open Through August 31

The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services is conducting a State of Black Health Survey to assess current health experiences and priorities among Black Diaspora community members in the county. The survey is available in English, Spanish, French, Haitian Creole, and Amharic and closes on August 31, 2026.
