DHHS Launches State of Black Health Survey for Diaspora Residents

Montgomery County's Department of Health and Human Services has launched an anonymous 5–7 minute survey targeting residents from Black diaspora communities. The survey covers access to care, experiences with bias, insurance coverage, transportation barriers, and pressing health issues. Results will inform future county health planning and outreach initiatives.
