DHHS Seeks Black Diaspora Residents for Health Survey

The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services is asking residents from Black diaspora communities to complete an anonymous 5–7 minute survey on health needs and experiences. The questionnaire covers access to care, experiences with bias, insurance coverage, transportation barriers, and pressing health issues. Results will inform future planning and culturally informed health initiatives.
