EC Committee Reviews MCPS Strategic Technology Plan July 27

The Montgomery County Council's Education and Culture (EC) Committee will meet on July 27, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. to review the MCPS Technology Modernization Capital Budget for FY2027 and the MCPS Strategic Technology Plan. The plan is supported by the Technology Modernization project, implemented in 2018, which funds mobile devices, software, and network equipment through FCC E-rate program rebates. MCPS representatives will provide an update on school technology following implementation of the strategic technology plan.
