Enterprise Seeks Energy Auditors for Purple Line Affordable Housing
DEPJul 15, 2026
Enterprise, co-chair of the Purple Line Corridor Coalition Steering Committee, is creating a pre-qualified pool of energy auditors and capital needs assessment firms to support affordable housing preservation along the Purple Line transit corridor. The effort responds to findings that more than half of multifamily rental properties along the corridor are at elevated risk of loss due to aging buildings, high eviction rates, or redevelopment pressures. Qualified firms experienced with small multifamily properties and underserved communities in Maryland must apply by July 23, 2026.
