Forest Glen Residences Opens with 189 Affordable Units

The Forest Glen Residences, developed by Montgomery Housing Partnership, officially opened in August 2025, replacing 72 outdated affordable units with 189 modern affordable units of various sizes near the Forest Glen Metro Station. The County invested a total of $30.8 million in the project. The development originated from the 2020 Forest Glen/Montgomery Hills sector plan.
