Free Family Involvement Center Open to Children Birth to 5

MCFSN Jan 1, 2026
The Montgomery County Infants and Toddlers Program (MCITP) operates the Family Involvement Center (FIC), a free play-based program in an early childhood classroom setting for children of all abilities from birth to age 5. A Parent Educator team works with parents and caregivers through play to strengthen parenting skills and support child development. Orientation is mandatory before participating, and a schedule is available online.
