The Montgomery County Infants and Toddlers Program (MCITP) Family Support Network is hosting a free Family Learning Series session on the Child Outcomes Summary (COS) process on Monday, August 24, 2026, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. The session will cover what the COS is, when it is completed, and the three child outcome areas used to assess development. Language interpreters and auxiliary aids are available upon request; registration closes three days before the event.
