FY27 EquiCare Infant-Toddler Childcare Grant Launching Early September

The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services Early Childhood Services will open applications for the FY27 EquiCare Subsidy Seats Grant Program (Cohort 2) in early September 2026. The grant targets licensed childcare providers in the county and will fund quality childcare seats for infants and toddlers ages 6 weeks through 3 years. The program aims to expand access for families ineligible for existing public early childhood programs.
