FY27 Healthy Communities Fund Opens for AAPI Health Programs

Montgomery County's Asian American Health Initiative and Office of Grants Management (OGM) are accepting applications for the FY2027 Healthy Communities Fund through September 1, 2026. The program offers $1,600,000 to qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofits providing culturally and linguistically appropriate health and wellness programs with a focus on AAPI communities.
