Girl Power Contest Opens March 1 for Women's History Month

The Montgomery County Commission for Women's annual Girl Power Contest runs March 1 through March 31, 2026, in celebration of Women's History Month. County residents ages five and older are invited to submit a short story, poem, drawing, or other creative work responding to a prompt about women who have made a difference. Submissions can be made online starting March 1.
