Habitat for Humanity Breaks Ground on Rockville Affordable Duplex

Councilmember Sayles joined Councilmember Sidney Katz, Rockville Mayor Monique Ashton, County Executive Marc Elrich, and representatives from Senators Alsobrooks and Van Hollen's offices for a groundbreaking ceremony at 107 Fleet Street in downtown Rockville.
