Historic Preservation Hearing Set for Rose-Budd House

The Montgomery County Council will hold a public hearing on Feb. 24, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. on the Planning Board's draft amendment to the Master Plan for Historic Preservation for the Rose-Budd House. The deadline to sign up to testify is Feb. 23, 2026 at 2 p.m. The draft amendment is available online for public review.
