Holy Cross Launches Free Virtual Health Workshops for Winter-Spring 2026

Holy Cross Health is offering a series of free virtual evidence-based workshops beginning in January 2026, covering diabetes self-management, tools for caregivers, living well with chronic conditions, chronic pain, and cancer survivorship. Sessions are delivered via Microsoft Teams and open to all residents; new participants receive supplementary materials. Registration is available online or by calling 301-754-8800.
