LHI Partners with LASOCHA on Chagas Disease Screening Outreach

LHI recently met with Dr. Rachel Marcus, Medical Director of the Latin American Society of Chagas (LASOCHA), to discuss Chagas disease screening efforts and potential collaboration. Chagas disease is a parasitic infection prevalent in parts of Mexico, Central America, and South America that can cause serious long-term health complications if untreated. Patient education materials are available in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
