MCITP Families Can Refer Children to Infants and Toddlers Program Online

The Montgomery County Infants and Toddlers Program (MCITP), operated within the Department of Health & Human Services in collaboration with Montgomery County Public Schools, accepts online referrals for children from birth to four years old.
