MoCo Pride Center Offers Free HIV/STI Testing, Support Groups

The MoCo Pride Center in Bethesda offers daily drop-in hours from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., free HIV and STI testing every Tuesday, and free wellness supplies including Narcan and take-home HIV self-test kits. The Center hosts support groups including Hope & Support Circle for LGBTQIA+ adults and the CTY Support Group for caregivers of trans and nonbinary youth. Special Pride Month events are scheduled weekly throughout June 2026.
