Montgomery County Offers Free Trualta Caregiver App

Montgomery County is providing caregivers free access to Trualta, an online support and education platform, now available as a mobile app in addition to the existing website. The app is accessible via Care4MC.Trualta.com and can be found on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Users retain their existing login credentials and progress across web and app.
