OGM Hires New Program Specialist Makhabbat Alymkulova

Montgomery County's Office of Grants Management has welcomed Makhabbat Alymkulova as a new Program Specialist II on the Outgoing Grants Team. She brings over 20 years of grant competition management experience from the USAID Mission to the Kyrgyz Republic, where she managed 22 USAID projects and served as a Gender Advisor and Senior Program Management Specialist. She was awarded the Global Swanee Hunt Award in 2022 for advancing women's role in policy formulation.
