The Parent Encouragement Program (PEP) is offering a free online winter session for Montgomery County Public Schools parents and caregivers beginning the first week of February 2026. The program provides strategies to support children's learning, mental health, and school success while reducing stress at home. Outreach is currently underway to reach more MCPS families.
