PHP Committee Holds Third Review of Clarksburg Gateway Sector Plan

The Planning, Housing and Parks (PHP) Committee will hold its third review of the Clarksburg Gateway Sector Plan on Feb. 23, 2026 at 1:45 p.m. The plan covers approximately 969 acres in northern Montgomery County near Interstate 270 and Clarksburg Road, and establishes a new vision for development, transportation, recreation, housing, and environmental preservation. The plan amends portions of the 1994 Clarksburg Master Plan and the 2014 Ten Mile Creek Area Limited plan.
