PHP Committee Reviews Road Continuation Ban in LATIP Areas

The Planning, Housing and Parks (PHP) Committee will review Subdivision Regulation Amendment 26-01 on Sept. 14, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. The amendment would prohibit the Planning Board from approving subdivision applications that connect a neighborhood street or neighborhood yield street within a Local Area Transportation Improvement Program (LATIP) area to a new development also in that area. Lead sponsor is Councilmember Mink.
