TE Committee Reviews $38.4M Recycling and Resource Management Capital Plan

The TE Committee will review the $38.4 million FY2027-2032 Capital Improvements Program for Recycling and Resource Management on Feb. 26, 2026. The CIP represents a $39.4 million, or 50 percent, decrease compared to the approved FY25-30 CIP.
