TE Committee Reviews $61.9M Storm Drains Capital Plan, Up 78%

The TE Committee will review the $61.9 million FY2027-32 Capital Improvements Program for Storm Drains on Feb. 26, 2026. The CIP represents an increase of more than $27 million, or 77.9 percent, compared to the amended FY25-30 CIP. Funding covers drainage assistance requests from residents, repair of storm drain outfalls, spot repair projects under $500,000, and a federal grant for studying the River Falls neighborhood storm drain system.
