ZTA 26-08 Introduced to Allow Reinstatement of Nonconforming Uses

Councilmember Andrew Friedson will introduce Zoning Text Amendment 26-08 on April 28, 2026, which would allow the reinstatement of a nonconforming use that has been abandoned for fewer than five years, subject to Hearing Examiner approval.
