ZTA Would Fast-Track Vacant Office-to-Housing Conversions

The More Housing N.O.W. package includes an Office-to-Housing Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) that would create an expedited approval process for converting high-vacancy commercial properties to residential use in Montgomery County.
