Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich will announce the launch of a new online portal for residents to report Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activity during his weekly media briefing on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. County Council President Natali Fani-González and Assistant CAOs Luisa F. Cardona and Earl Stoddard will also participate. The briefing will be streamed live on the County's Facebook page.
