Montgomery County Launches ICE Activity Reporting Portal

Montgomery County launched an ICE reporting portal on July 8, 2026, enabling community members to report incidents of ICE officers wearing face coverings or conducting operations on county property. The portal was announced jointly by Council President Fani-González and County Executive Elrich and stems from legislation enacted by the Council earlier in 2026. Data collected will be analyzed to help constrain ICE activity on county property.
