County Launches ICE Activity Reporting Portal for Residents

County Executive Marc Elrich and Council President Natali Fani-González announced a new online reporting portal at montgomerycountymd.gov/protecting where residents can submit information about ICE activity in the community. The portal was established under two recently enacted laws — the Unmask ICE Act (Bill 5-26) and the County Values Act (Bill 3-26). Reports will be used for county monitoring and pattern analysis; the portal is not a channel for emergency assistance or individualized responses.
